How To Determine Your Bra Size
To determine your bust size, first measure your torso under your arms just beneath the breasts. For odd numbers, add one inch. Second, for cup size, measure your torso around the fullest part of bust. The difference in inches between the two measurements will give you your cup size:
A=1"
B=2"
C=3"
D=4"
E=5"
F=6"
G=7"
H=8"
I=9"
J=10"
Any lingerie shop (online or otherwise) will have a detailed chart to indicate the results of your bra size.

Women's busts are larger than ever, with the average bra size now 36C compared with bra sizes of 34B ten years ago. New research, however, shows that approximately only 10% of women wear a bra that fits properly. Many women admitted to resorting to a range of desperate measures to get the chest shape and larger breasts they wanted.
